                   THE APPEAL               
'Krane chemicals' a factory in small town of bowmore ,Mississippi  owned by Carl Trudeau.Jeanette Baker seued Krane Chemical accused it for killing his husband and son(Chad Baker and Pete Baker) she went to the firm of Payton and Payton to run the case.Payton and Payton , a local husband named Wes and wife named Mary Grace team operating out of an abandoned  dine store in a lesser part of the town .The Krane Chemical was blamed of pouring ,dumping its toxic wastes ,chemicals into the water which caused people of the area to suffer from deadly diseases such as cancer,many residents suffered illness and died.Even in every restroom in Bowmore ,it was printed,"don't drink the water , by order of the city council".Clean water was trucked in from Hattiesburg.Brianna was wife of Mr.Trudeau and delivered a girl named 'Sadler MacGregor'.Trudeau already had 3 children from other wives.The Paytons had two children and nanny named Ramona (Liza 9 years old and Mack 5 years old).Krane Chemiacal suffered alot of collapses in Market.Pine Groove Church's founder was,Pastor Denny Ott.Pastor had conducted 16 funerals of his own people killed by Krane Chemical. His church became a hub of anti-Krane activity in Cary Country.A law firm of F.Clyde Hardin and his secretary Mirian.Clyde never wanted to become a lawyer, but his father has the Hardin law office who gave him no choice.Babe's a shop, seven doors eight of his office where he uses to go.Sterling Bitch met him there ,he owned a firm specialised in class action for mass torts.Sterling offered to work with Hardin and start a clinic where victims of Krane Chemical disaster like those suffered skin diseases , kidney problems,and many more could come and get screened by doctor to hit Krane Chemical.Buck used to houl water to his old town before this he worked as a foreman at Krane Chemical .He was a lier and tried to save Krane Chemical,but suddenly someday confessed all.Soon the Highcourt elections were going to be held.Carl Trudeau hired Barry Rinehart to rig the elections.Barry Rinehart with Tom Zachery finds a handsome,small town insurance lawyer,very small background, no bad history,hardly anybody would know him. He had two children 10 years old Josh and 7 years old Darissa ,his wife named Doreen.Tom Zachery recruited Ron Fisk to run elections against Justice Sheila McCarthy in the southern district of the Mississippi. They were afraid that Justice McCarthy may announce the verdict against The Krane Chemical,if she won the elections so the elections were rigged.Fisk accepted the offer,campaign began alot of money was spent .Tom Zachery wanted to announce  the candidacy of Fisk at the last moment ,when justice MCCarthy won't be able to give a hard hit.Clete Coley ,a lawyer from Natchez announced his candidacy for the supreme court. Till that time Fisk hadn't announced his candidacy  Clete was selected by Marlin to stand in elections against McCarthy.Clete was a hard-drinking rogue of a lawyer who made more money at the casinos than he did at office.As he announced his candidacy and started campaign in High court without any permission, he was liked by the people, rushed by the press but police arrested him afterwards he was released.Clete became a challenge  for Justice McCarthy's ,she started her election campaign. Soon Fisk announced his candidacy his campaign was huge as a lot of money was invested.The main cards played by opponents of Justice McCarthy being liberal,fear if allowing homosexual marriages, banning Guns.Clete after a few days campaign now had no interest in campaigning, he uses to drink all day.McCarthy tried her best but she was targeted,insulted alot. Mr.Fisk won the elections but he was blamed for foreign  investment  in his campaign, he got angry on Tom Zachery asked ,where the money had came?but soon all cooled down .suddenly someday, Mr.fisk's son Josh was struck by baseball and was checked by the medic who said to go for X-ray.Josh was checked by doctor who ordered CT - scan ,the doctor sid that the CT- scan is negative.Mr and Mrs Fusk were happy about negative results of the CT- scan .Josh was taken home where one night Fisk heard a voice from Josh's room and saw Josh's worsened condition. He called his family doctor the ER Physician did  a quick exam and everything was wrong,the CT- scan was not read correctly because it was of another person.New CT - Scan was conducted and it showed fracture in Josh's skull.Josh's condition was further deteriorating but after operation he was able to survive and day by day getting a little bit better.Before this incidence Fisk was not able to understand the foul in system he wasn't able to know the conditions people were going through due to the corrupt system ,after Josh's injury he began to realize the pain of losing a child.Many rumours spread in court the Fisk may give the decision against Krane chemical now .Justice Fisk was tired of all the situations  he gave his opinion in favour of justice Calligon and recommended restrict liability in areas of personal injurey.He typed his second opinion  in favour of Justice Albritton about the low standards of nursing homes.Fisk also voted in favour of Krane Chemical.He typed a memo to court that read:for the next thirty days, I will be on a leave of absence from the court's business .I am needed at home.Payton and Payton were disappointed and sent a letter to the client to grieve and give sympathy. Krane Chemical began to get high trading .Trudeau had bought a yacht invited many people and enjoyed his rest if life...
