Should unpaid internships be legal

An internship is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful ,practical work related to a student's field of study or career interest .An internship gives a student the opportunity for career exploration and development and to learn new skills .It helps the student develop and achieve learning goals. 

An internship is a period of work that gives students,graduates an opportunity to gain knowledge and learn new skills.An intern works to get hands into the practical work to gain more knowledge. That's why intern compromise on less pay although the work more to get knowledge and skill the need for their future.

Paying the interns keeps them motivated,working harder.Getting paid as an intern also helps them to support their family and many  graduates. students see it to be attractive as they get a good offer of gaining knowledge, skills so they work with great zeal.

Many institutions, companies avoid offering pay to they interns which makes them demotivated,indifferent, some might avoid taking internships as they need money for that thay may work to some other place lower then their degree or capabilities to get money so that they can get food to eat.

Unpaid internships may be cheap for the companies or institutions they could get more work done and not have to pay to the interns for their all day works.

In my opinion, unpaid internships should not be legalized. Rather a suitable amount should be paid to the interns as the reward for their hardworking in range of the company or institution so that they might not face economic burden by paying interns .
